Upgraded and modern hotel in a historic area near to the best restaurant in Puebla, Historic Center and Puebla. Good-sized and soundproof room with a private bathroom. Really great overall experience.

During my Thanksgiving stay, I enjoyed the central location of the hotel, being just a short walk away from some of the main attractions. The rooftop bar provided stunning views, and the staff were incredibly helpful throughout our stay. the room itself was spacious and well-decorated.

There were a few negative aspects to our stay. The pillows provided were uncomfortable and the shower was not cleaned properly.

The hotel is exceptional value for money, with a beautiful and modern design. The staff is phenomenally friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make guests comfortable. The location is incredible, right in the heart of the historic area and within walking distance to all sites of interest. The rooftop terrace offers a delightful view.

This place is conveniently located within walking distance to Parque Paseo del Teleferico and Biblioteca Palafoxiana, and it was great to have a balcony as an added bonus.
